I like Free !! If there is a program out there that can earn you money, without taking it from your pocket, I'm all for it. If you already know HTML you can copy the Cash Surfing Made Easy Website. Go to the website and right click your mouse button.
Click 'View Source'. The HTML Code will appear in a text window. Now click
File, Save As, and name it index.html (Remember where you saved it to).

Step 3: Uploading Your Money Generating Website
After you have created your website you'll need a place to upload it so that it will be accessible to the startpage exchanges. If your ISP gives you your own space for personal webpages, upload it to that server. If you need a free web site host you can use OneWebsiteWay, they give you 15mb free space and will increase it to 300mb free. (Write down your web addrees - You'll need it in the next step. After logging in to onewebsiteway, go to the 'My Website', 'Site Manager' and then to the 'Upload a File' link. click on 'Browse' and find the 'index.html' file, click 'Open' then 'Submit' ... you have a website !! Click on 'Preview My Site' to see it.
